Founding Member seats are reserved at checkout and released automatically if payment is not completed. No waitlist invitation, coupon code, or application is required — first paid checkouts win the seats.

Founding Members lock in A$59/year (incl. GST) for Quies Pro, billed annually, for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

• The standard public price for Quies Pro is A$99/year. Final pricing is subject to change.
• Pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes 10% GST.
• The Founding Member offer is a direct paid subscription — the standard 7-day Quies Pro free trial does not apply to Founding Member checkouts.

As long as your subscription renews continuously, your founding rate carries forward at each annual renewal.

If your subscription lapses for any reason — failed payment that is not resolved within 30 days, voluntary cancellation, or account termination — your Founding Member rate is forfeited and you will be charged the then-current public price if you resubscribe.

Founding Member pricing is available only to:

• Residents of Australia, paying with an Australian-issued payment method.
• Individuals aged 18 or over.
• One subscription per person. Founding Member status is non-transferable.

Your founding rate will not increase while your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. We may update Quies Pro features over time. If we remove a core feature you rely on, we will tell you by email at least 30 days ahead and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund.

30-day money-back guarantee: there is no free trial on the Founding Member plan, but if you cancel within 30 days of payment, you get a full refund. A refunded Founder spot is released to someone else. To ask, email support@quies.dev. Refunds go back to the original card.
